The award went to the NetScreen-1000, an integrated security system, which was the industry’s first gigabit security solution. NetScreen’s security systems are designed to meet the security needs of the most demanding enterprise and service provider environments. The NetScreen-1000 integrates firewall and VPN, and now offers customers 2 gigabit per second firewall throughput.
