最后的PVC是空的,我猜是单位ADSL猫的问题,请马老及各位老师同学给我一个建议!!!

跟PVC没有关系,因为你用的是以太网接口,而非ATM接口。

你的配置里面，估计认证部分有点问题（另外vpdn-group pppoe 也是没必要的），单独用pap试试，抓以下调试输出看看：
