SSG520M出现的不明问题
公司新近购置了一台SSG520M，在3周前将原来的5.4.0r6.0更新至6.1.0r1.0，更新后一周之内没出现任何问题，使用正常，但是最近1周出现了网络突然断开，无法访问外网的现象，同时也无法访问防火墙，通常是断开几秒，长的时候十几秒，然后又恢复正常，出现问题后登录防火墙，会看到CPU占用很高。请问有遇到这方面问题的朋友吗？
以下是出现问题的提示：
DNS has been refreshed.

每次都会提示：SCAN-MGR: AV scan engine is ready.
2008-03-21 11:33:00 warn AV: Content from 60.12.196.109:80->192.168.0.68:3426, http url: http://webproxy.51.com/im/ports/getUsersInfo.5p?users=Xiaqianju|gzzzy|y, is passed due to scan-engine error or constraint with code 14 for scan engine not ready.

感觉你的设备重启了，这不是报错信息，这是启动后的正常信息。你看看防火墙是不是重启过。

同意楼上的，看看设备是不是重启了。如果有重启，建议用一下u盘纪录crash信息的功能，然后去开case
