NetScreen-Security Manager Web Access

Is there any way to access NetScreen Security Manager with Read Only access through a browser? We're about to upgrade to the latest version (I think it's 2005.r3 or something like that). Two Managers want Read Only access to NSM - but in order to do this they'd need to install the client side software. So ideally we'd like if they could just access through the browser. NSM is running on a red-hat box so installing apache etc and running http service woudln't be a problem.
