[故障求助] Creating VPN Policy says identical IKE ID of previous policy

I'm trying to add a new policy one one of our NetScreen 204's. I set source and destination address and the service. The destination address is a group of 2 addresses. I say action tunnel and specify which VPN. But when I click OK, it says the Policy has an idential IKE ID as that of another policy. Why does it keep saying this? Isn't the IKE the same for the entire VPN? If I specify the destination as one singular IP instead of a group it works fine but then gives me a warning 、
Service group selected, IKE will negotiate a tunnel for all IP.
Can anybody help me out here as I'm at a loss as to what's going on. Unfortunately I'm not overly familiar with NetScreen's
