How to distribute a route for traffic to users on ERX?thx.

On ERX, we configure a local pool for users, such as 10.1.1.0/24, how to distribute it's route to upstream routers?
for example, users---dslam---...---bras----route1-----core
route1 must have a route to users for traffic come back.

Is the route distribute automatically? or we must configure a blackhole route(nexthop: null0) and distribute it manually?
